Job Description

Successful Construction Company is looking for a full-time, In-House Recruiter that has a passion for recruiting high-quality candidates. This person will help develop a great team of technicians to serve the vast clientele of the company. The schedule would typically during normal business hours except scheduled job fairs. This is a salaried position. However, great bonus opportunities available. Full benefits included! Other great perks include car allowance, company cell phone, company laptop, and many more!

Recruiter responsibilities include:
- Creating and implementing recruiting plans
- Full life cycle recruiting, especially face-to-face sales positions like In-Home Sales or Business-to-Business Outside Sales
- Headhunting from competitors
- Reference checking
- Background/drug test administration
- Job fairs (25% local travel, 75% working in office)

Working hours: Normal Business Hours

Requirements for the in-house recruiter:
- Minimum 5 years recruiting
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiar with legal requirements involving employment in New Jersey
- Strong computer skills
- Background with a sales environment is a plus
- Driven personality
