Job Description

Ability to read and understand all EDI x 12 formats, this is not a requirement of the job, however, it does speak to this role being technical. Anyone with help desk experience would be a great fit. This position is a call center for troubleshooting our smart handheld devices that are in our customers convenience stores. The schedule is mostly M-F with one weekend a month; it can be 2 weekends based on business need. The schedule will fall between the business hours of 8AM-6PM, rotating based on the weekly schedule.

Skills:
Call center experience, non scripted
There has to be critical thinking skills and proven technical ability.

No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years
