Job Description

A leading provider of software and solutions for the Restaurant and C-Store industry is seeking an enthusiastic and detail oriented individual to join their technical support team. The Technical Support Representative will work in conjunction with the customer support and provide support and solutions for customers.

This position will be involved in a variety of IT related tasks including, but not limited to:
- Interact with customers and assist them with troubleshooting software and hardware
- Communicate with customer support representatives to ensure timely resolution to open tickets
- Coding and imaging

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be team oriented
- Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills

High School

1-4 years

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of Windows 8 or 10 OS (ideally installs, updates, troubleshooting)
- Experience with MS Office and/or Office 365
- Advanced Excel skills required
