This position will deliver professional technical consulting, support and trouble-shooting to customers for Microsoft Dynamics GP, KEY2ACT (Wennsoft) Job Cost and Service Management, Management Reporter, FRx, SQL, Integration Manager, Scribe, CRM, Binary Stream software, Microsoft Office
- Provide technical support to new and existing customers
- Assist with software installs and upgrades
- Assist with overall new customer implementation
- Participate in training of team
Working hours: To be determined
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
--Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, MIS, Management or related field.
--Minimum 2 years of MS Dynamics GP support experience.
--Ability to handle and balance multiple cases/tasks at a time
--Strong customer service skills
--Ability to build long lasting relationships with customers
--Sense of urgency and excellent follow through
