Job Description

Client in the Carmichael's Area is looking to fill a full time temp to hire position for  a Technical
Customer Service Representative.

This position will provide technical support to users by researching and answering questions, 
trouble shooting problems and maintaining workstation. 

Answer questions to clients during tech calls by identifying problems, researching answers , guiding 
client through corrective steps to repair. 

Skills

Good communication and computer data entry skills. 

Qualification

High school Diploma  or Ged 

1 to 3 years of Technical Support / Customer Service Experience
