Job Description:
Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions; troubleshooting problems; maintaining workstation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provides answers to clients during tech calls by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps to repair. 
  • Works with clients to process returns and replacements; processing credits for parts, machines, & shipping. 
  • Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation, as well as updating customer information. 
  • Participates in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues; recommending instructional language. 
  • Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes. 
  • Assist clients with shipping quotes and updating shipping information. 
  • Process order entry and parts check in for client interactions. 
  • Maintains excel spreadsheets and filing. 
  • Provides support with reports and tracking trends. 
  • Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed. 
  • Works as reserve to all admin duties and responsibilities. 


Performance Measurements
  • Maintaining completion of all customer needs. 
  •  Accurately preforming all essential duties and responsibilities


Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience Requirements
  • One to three years - Technical support/Customer Service
