Job Description

Our client, a company located in Temple, TX, has an exciting career opportunity for a Bilingual English/Spanish Technical Support Agent

What it means to be a Tech Support Agent:
You will be responsible for providing high-level technical support to company clients and customers.Some of your responsibilities will include:

Answers all inbound technical support inquiries regarding customer's hardware and software issues
Provides requested information to relevant stakeholders
Documents all inbound and outbound customer interactions
Submits all order types to resolve service related issues and warranty driven replacements as needed
Owns and manages tasks to complete closure
Prepares technical writing to support the work instructions and manuals
Must possess excellent English/French verbal and written communication skills

Skills:
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum HSD/GED or some College
One to two years related work experience.
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts as needed.
Troubleshooting/diagnostic experience
