Spherion Staffing is seeking highly motivated and experienced Customer Support representatives to assist GoPro customers with various questions and concerns. This person will be the voice and frontline for many GoPro customers as well as internal GoPro employees. Contact with customers will be performed via the following channels: phone, email, and/or chat.
What You Will Do:
- Develop professional relationships with customers and gain the trust and loyalty of the customer to the GoPro brand.
- Answer customer questions about products and various usages of different products
- Place sales orders over the phone via credit card
- Process 30-day returns for refunds
- Manage customer profiles with notes of contacts, orders placed, etc.
- Work directly with fellow Employees and Supervisors on resolving customer issues
- Use an internal knowledge base for finding solutions to issues and reporting issues not yet documented
Working hours: Mon-Fri
-Type at least 25 WPM
-6 months to 1 year of technical support experience or call center experience
-Willing to submit to background check and drug screening
-Dependable & hard working
