Job Description

-Provide Tier 1 software support and customer service for all customers of the company.-
-Identify customer issues, troubleshoot, and take all appropriate actions related to software products.-
-Assist customers with installations, configurations, and credential issues regarding software, website, and other customer related systems.
-Respond to requests for assistance from customers via phone, email, and remote support sessions
-Diagnose and resolve technical software issues

-Research questions using available tools and information resources
-Advise customers on appropriate actions/resolutions
-Assist with internal IT functions as needed

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

-Knowledge of CRM or issue tracking software
-Experience with help desk/call center processes and practices
-Experience with customer service processes and practices
-Software testing and analysis experience preferred
-CompTIA A+ Certification a plus


1-4 years

-Associates or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming & Analysis or similar are preferred
-Working knowledge of Windows, Apple, and Microsoft Office
