Job Description

Tech Support for surveillance equipment. Will handle incoming calls in their call center. Must have a technical aptitude, good customer service, and problem solving skills. Will handle network set-up and troubleshooting, troubleshoot and configure equipment, field general customer questions and concerns, complete sales transactions over the phone.

Working hours: 8am-5pm

Would prefer an Associates Degree plus 2 years of customer service experience. Good computer skills especially network devices and internet use. Ability to speak Spanish a plus. Administer Call Center Environment, Call Center Listening skills, and Following Verbal Instructions. Casual environment.
