Telecom Project Coordinator

Job Description

Spherion Staffing is looking for a Telecom Project Coordinator for a local client. We are currently seeking energetic individuals to effectively coordinate communication with customers and manage project deadlines to completion. This position includes working with customers, providers, and vendors to process orders, monitor order progress, and project manage when necessary. If you have a background in the telecommunications industry this position would be a great fit for you!

Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay: $15-20/hour DOE

Responsibilities:
- Gather technical data required for contracted services, verifying order information, and setting timelines
- Regularly communicate with customers
- Act as liaison between customer and carrier for all communication
- Work the technicians, testers, engineers and other individuals to coordinate and manage the installation
- Ensure all order tasks are completed on time
- Work with external project teams for reporting and monitoring of project progress

Skills:
Requirements:
-2+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry
-Efficient verbal and written communication skills
-Timeliness and accuracy with documentation
-Ability to manage multiple requests through multiple parties on a daily basis
-Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office

Education:
High School

1-4 years
