Job Description

Spherion is helping a very busy, fast-paced waste management company in Lecanto who is seeking two temporary employees for approximately one month's time. They need extra hands on deck to help them with projects in the new year. You will primarily be returning phone calls, after taking messages from a cue, and accurately logging each call into a computer system to track calls and service. They are seeking candidates that are experienced in heavy data entry and detail-oriented positions. Training is basic, and you are expected to work under minimal supervision and pick up on everything quickly. The ideal candidate would have advanced computer skills, specifically in Excel and Word, and be a quick learner who is adaptable and takes initiative. Customer Service is their number one priority! Working hours: Mon - Fri 8-5

Preferred experience in phone-based customer service, specifically prefer outbound, but inbound will also be considered
Preferred experience in an office environment
Advanced Microsoft testing
Proven ability to diffuse customer situations
Proven ability to learn quickly
Proven ability to pay attention to detail
