Job Description

We are looking to fill an administrative role in Newark, NJ ASAP! Responsibilities would include processing wholesale orders, coordinating paperwork to be sent to warehouse, phone reception, and miscellaneous clerical work. The position is temporary for about 3-6 weeks depending on start date and we are offering $17/hour.

Responsibilities:
-Process wholesale orders
-Coordinate paperwork
-Miscellaneous clerical work
-Reception

Working hours: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Skills:
-Administrative experience
-Attention to detail
-Quick learner
-Strong work ethic
-Knowledge of NetSuite or Edge WMS is a plus
-Bilingual Spanish speaking is also a plus

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years
