Job Description

Temporary Inbound Call-Center Position for the General Election 2020.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer incoming phone calls and take appropriate action for each call
Ability to work within a call-center environment
Experienced in quality customer service and serving the public
Excellent computer skills including data entry
Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written)
Ability to work with a minimum direction and as a team player
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Detail and solution-oriented
Must be flexible to work long hours and weekends

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of one-year call center experience
Overtime will be required
Must be a registered voter in Florida

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Bilingual English & Spanish is a Plus
