Job Description

Our West side client is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused team member that will contribute to revenue goals and company success through the cultivation of new leads and the management of sales qualified leads under the direction of the Marketing Manager. This Territory Development Representative role is responsible for prospecting, lead nurturing and interim territory coverage as needed.

This role will directly contribute to the company's revenue goals as it relates to field, phone and trade show sales. The Territory Development Representative will also be instrumental in qualifying leads and ensuring sales appointments are scheduled in an effective and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and qualify new leads through various channels such as live chat, social media and outbound calling campaigns
- Qualify inbound leads driven through online form submissions, advertisements and direct mail campaigns
- Provide consultations over the phone and perform in-office product demonstrations
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly phone and email communication goals in accordance with strategic plan
- Consistently log each outreach made to new and existing customers within CRM
- Attend and support trade shows, school fittings and continuing education events; as well as provide coverage for sales territories as interim support
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, monthly sales ready lead targets

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, science, communications or related field
- 2+ years inside sales and/or 2+ years customer service experience in an inbound/outbound call environment
- 1+ years? experience in lead nurturing, lead generation and appointment setting
- Valid Driver's license required
