Job Description

This key position is responsible for project financial processes related to premium processing to ensure contract compliance for projects such as Financial Balancing Reports, Bank Reconciliations, Expenditure Reporting and other management and client projects as required. This position will be responsible for A/P functions within the Project Finance group as well as serve as the backup for daily payment processing functions including bank activity and reconciliations. This position will also provide ad hoc reports of financial information and assist in data analysis and testing of systems changes.

Responsibilities:
?? Extracts and formats monthly financial reports for management and clients related to premium processing.
?? Processes project vendor invoices, routes for approvals, submits to A/P and monitors for payment.
?? Serves as backup for Finance Administrators to perform daily functions including reconciliations and exceptions
?? Provide ad hoc reports utilizing query logic to provide Operational analysis.
?? Manage process for vendor invoicing for projects to ensure timely routing and payment; Research requests
?? Assist in data validation and testing of system changes
?? Perform other duties as may be assigned by management

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
- Strong technical skills required and must be exhibited during the interview process
- Understanding of financial concepts
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and other Office Products (including Access Database) is required; Advanced Excel and Access Database knowledge is preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills as well as excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and communication skills to explain results
- Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment.
- Maturity, professionalism, and high level of discretion are required.
- Data validation techniques required (previous experience to be exhibited during the interview process).
- Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Independent, self-starter with the ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems.
- Strong ability to collaborate with individuals across the organization to achieve results.
