Job Description

A well-established company in the construction supply industry is currently looking to fill a Customer Service position in their Shipping & Receiving department. In this position you will deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.

Job Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Process quotes and orders

Job Requirements
- Good organizational, telephone and computer skills
- Able to handle multiple responsibilities
- Maintain a close positive working relationship with co-workers and customers
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pack orders and get them ready to be shipped out

This position is in Superior, Wisconsin and is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday only, no weekend work required.

Working hours: 8:00am-4:30pm

Physical Requirements:
--Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
--Must be able to stand for long periods of time
--Must be able to fill orders, which will require lifting and bending
