Job Description

This position will support the training for 3 programs and provides training to a variety of audiences with varying levels of experience, knowledge, and roles within the Contact Center Operation. This position is responsible for developing and delivering new hire training/continuing education/return to work training to all staff members at all levels of the project, administering post-training course exams and surveys, and reporting and tracking of all associated training activities.

This will be a full time position - 40 hours a week within the hours of 7:30am-7:30pm Monday - Friday

* Responsible for delivering training programs to various levels of project staff (front line staff, Supervisors and Managers), assisting with curriculum development, reviewing course materials, administering assessments and monitoring performance of classroom participants.
* Teaches instructional programs in accordance with training or other course requirements and organize materials to be presented.
* Delivers Instructor led training programs as needed to achieve business outcomes effective transfer of learning in the workplace.
* Provides administrative support to Training classes and Training Team members, including class rosters, attendance sheets, assessments, test logs, evaluations, etc.
* May assist in scheduling of training sessions and individual onsite and offsite training programs, and supporting when necessary, the coordination of training room set-up, audio-visual set-up, supplies and participant notification for training events.
* Participates in process and team meetings in order to identify and recommend changes to policies and procedures.
* Follows the regulatory approval and document management process when creating or updating training materials.
* Supports Training Specialists in the classroom on occasional basis, as needed.
* Compiles training evaluations to support ongoing revisions to Training programs.
* Develops and creates training resources and maintains/updates systems training environment and library of training resources to align with operational excellence.
* Take calls as required.
* Responsible for adhering to established safety standards.
* Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time.
* Occasionally lifts, carries, or otherwise moves items weighing up to 25 pounds.
* Work is constantly performed in an office environment.
* Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.

High School

2 years or more

-Candidate needs to have a minimum of 2 years or more experience in a training position.
-High School Diploma with 2-3 years of experience. Some college preferred.
-May have additional training or education in area of specialization.
-Works on assignments that are routine in nature, with responsibilities easily learned on the job.
-Acquires job skills and learns applicable policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
-Able to read, understand & perform assignments within prescribed guidelines.
-Communicates routine information in a clear and accurate way with internal & external contacts.
