Job Description

Our client is looking for a Training Coordinator for a 6 month contract, possible temp to hire! Responsible for creating standard work instruction and supporting and assessing standard work practices in the Production area. Iit is important that this person have the ability to document training materials and help writing SOPs. Ability to turn visual line work into a starting point of a formal operator training program. Manufacturing experience not required but process documentation highly required. Pay is flexible depending on experience.
M-F 8am - 4:30pm with ability to start at 6am some days as needed

Create and support standard work and training practices using training tools
Create and maintain individual employee training tracking with the Director of Operations, EH&S Manager and Quality Manager as necessary
Validate training effectiveness through the audit process
Partner with Safety and Quality departments to deliver training within the site
Provide support, feedback and consistent communication with Director of Operations for all training's, SOP documentation and continuous process improvements
Partner with the Director of Operations to update area training boards on a weekly basis with pertinent information, such as weekly training schedules, updates, etc.
Follow all policies, procedures, ergonomic standards and safety requirements

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Strong mechanical aptitude of production operations
Intensive knowledge of process flow
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, as well as strong presentation and facilitation skills, to include large groups
Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Visio software applications
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and areas of focus
Be a self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
--Ability to uphold safety standards, participate in CPI on the job and follow our manufacturing best practices
--Ability to follow Drinkworks policies and procedures as well as our operating principles


1-4 years

Associates Degree
Quality Control documentation highly preferred
Experience conducting training highly preferred
Creating SOP's required
