Job Description

Duties performed by temporary employee may include but are not limited to:

Perform complex and difficult accounting clerical work in the preparation and maintenance of complex financial records.

Record and check financial transactions, and prepares financial and statistical reports.

Maintain departmental expenditure records and assigns costs to proper account or fund.

Maintain data related to the company revenue system including scanning and filing.

Maintain journals and general ledgers of financial transactions and prepares analytical reports on revenues and expenditures.

Type requisitions, purchase orders, requests for payment, printing requisitions, progress payments and adjustment forms.

Maintain accounts receivable records and bills for services provided.

Receive and record cash payments; prepares daily cash reports and bank deposits.

Compile travel documentation and process forms for reimbursement

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

And any other related duties needed to assist staff.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

High School

4-7 years

4-7 years of experience in similar office environment

Successful Completion of TSA and DOJ Fingerprinting processes
