Job Description

Work involves standard clerical duties of a highly procedural nature including filing, sorting, and mathematical computations, posting data, keeping records and operating office machines. Assists Billing Supervisor and Operations Supervisor with miscellaneous tasks. Communicates closely with customers.

Working Schedule: Wed-Friday 7PM-7AM & 6 hours Sat. night 7PM-1AM.
Training for a couple of weeks on days

1. Checks in drivers as they arrive at our facilities and coordinates with the dock personnel for the assignment of doors for loading or unloading.
2. Performs clerical work such as entering orders and receipts into our WMS system.
3. Prints all documentation needed for unloading and loading of trucks such as pick tickets, check sheets, lot labels, putaway sheets, bills of lading, and receipt notices.
4. Works closely with the operations for printing special request documents and inventories.
5. Performs all filing by customer and date.
6. Answers telephones and personal inquiries, routes visitors and calls to the appropriate personnel, and schedules all appointments for inbound and outbound carriers.
7. Operates a variety of office equipment.
8. Sorts and files correspondence, reports and other materials, alphabetically, numerically, or by other established classification.
9. Works closely with the operations to make sure the necessary supplies are in stock.
10. Performs clerical work such as entering orders and receipts into customers? dedicated WMS systems, when applicable.
11. Review all documentation and ensure the SOP?s are being followed.
12. Make sure the cycle count reports are printed daily per our SOP?s, counted and signed by the supervisor of each facility.

Working hours: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

- Some knowledge of business communications.
- Some knowledge of office practices, methods and procedures.
- Ability to operate a variety of modern office equipment, including microcomputers and other electronic equipment; ability to type.
- Ability to perform clerical work of standard difficulty.
- Ability to write legibly, use proper grammar and punctuation and to follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to work at routine assignments for extended periods as needed.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail.

High School

1-4 years

-High School Diploma/GED
-2 years customer service experience in a warehouse environment
-Experience in a warehousing environment using Warehouse Management systems
-Accellos experience is a plus!

Open House Interview held every Tuesday 10:00am - 12:00pm and Thursday from 1:00pm - 3:00pm!
