Job Description

Spherion Staffing has partnered with FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies to recruit for this role. The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for drafting and implementing supply chain management procedures governing the receiving, warehousing, ordering, shipping and internal distribution of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and non-GMP materials.

Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a qualified vendor list
Receive, inspect, organize and label incoming materials and ensure accurate inventory level to support manufacturing operations
Oversee timely and accurate order fulfillment and documentation
Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound shipments
Implement and maintain warehousing procedures for GMP and non-GMP materials and supplies
Perform system transactions and ensure the timely and accurate order fulfillment, documentation, closure of outstanding issues and effective inventory system.
Comply with safe handling and storage requirements, cGMP/ISO, local & corporate policies, and environmental/other related regulations.
All other duties as assigned

Experience working in a logistics/warehouse environment, preferred
Working knowledge of ERP application software is a plus

Lift up to 40 pounds unassisted and up to 60 pounds with assistance
Work in cold temperatures
Distinguish colors
Forklift experience a plus
Work in high places
