Job Description

Our client has a fun environment and is looking for hard working, collaborative candidates to join their team! This is a 6 month temp assignment with a possible temp to hire by getting your foot in the door of a premier technology company in Burlington. The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for Client Website Compliance. In collaboration with OEM compliance agencies and other client contributors, the Compliance Coordinator will submit monthly website compliance requests and make proper modifications to assure website approvals.


1. Manage a monthly recurring compliance submission process for a book of clients
2. Troubleshooting website compliance issues with 3rd party agencies
3. Communicates internally or with clients on compliance issues and what needs to be resolved
4. Edit information, photography, and website assets as needed to ensure compliance
5. Ensure rapid resolution of compliance issues reported by customers through the Account Management team
6. Reports into management key factors of work including compliance results, issues identified, and time to resolution

Working hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm flex time

- Ability to communicate effectively via email and phone
- Familiarity with good products - google docs, calendars
- MS Suite
- Task oriented and detail oriented
- Experience working with customers
- POS system
- Ability to work effectively with the team in an office (Team of 6)
- Business acumen
