Summary: Assist painters in the painting process by performing the following duties in reasonable and productive time frames.Responsibilities:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Must be able to read and understand Material Data Safety Sheets (MSDS) and Technical Data Safety Sheets on all painting materials within 60 days of hire.Must be familiar with safe storage, handling, and disposal of painting materials and other hazardous waste within 60 days of hire.Must be familiar with the storage, care, handling, and use of breathing equipment.Cleans grease and dirt from product.Cleans spraying equipment and brushes with solvent.Removes rust from metal with acid, wire brush, or steel wool.Other duties as assigned.Working hours: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PMSkills:Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
