A Midland cleaning and restoration company is seeking an Evening Janitor to join their team! Position hours are Tuesday & Thursday from 4pm-11pm, Wednesday & Friday from 4pm-10pm, Saturday & Sunday from 8pm-whenever finished. While this is approximately 30+ hours/ week, this employee will also have the option of picking up some hours during the daytime if assisting with restoration work which would bring total hours to full-time. This position involves cleaning area businesses, churches, and other entities after regular business hours. Starting compensation is $12/hr, and this is a temp-hire opportunity if a reliable attendance record can be demonstrated as well as a positive work ethic.Responsibilities:Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing common surfaces, washing windows, and removing trash and other debris as needed.Completing cleaning check lists at various sites in a regular and consistent manner with excellent attention to detail.Skills:Previous cleaning experience if desired, but not required.Must be able to remain on feet for extended periods with regular bending, stooping, twisting, lifting, and carrying up to 50Lbs.Qualifications:Must be over 18 years of age.Must have reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License.Must comply with Spherion's Drug Free Workplace Policy and disclose relevant criminal history at the time of hire.Are you looking for steady, evening work?
