Fortune 500 Food and Beverage Manufacturing company near Plant City is currently looking for an experienced 1st shift Blender Operator.Schedule: 6:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday (occasional Saturday)Responsibilities:Ensure all products meet food safety and food quality requirements.Provide a high level of warehouse utilization by consolidating product within warehouse.Stage SAP Delivery. Follow all order instructions.Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition. As well as completingStage Process Orders by pulling the correct part, lot number and quantity and scanning to proper bin. Report any NIL???s to the Warehouse Coordinator and assist in the research process.Utilizing computerized inventory system, transfer items to or from locations as necessary.Perform inventory reconciliation of post-production stock. This includes verifying quantities and transferring product into warehouse locations. Perform required operator inspection and maintenance on forklift.Pull and deliver samples of product as requested by other departments in the facility.Load and unload tankers and obtain samples in accordance with written procedures. Understand all job hazards and comply with all department and plant safety practices.Review and follow all warehouse operating procedures.Complete daily Warehouse cleaning schedule chores, and 5S action items. Maintain all warehouse areas in a neat and orderly manner.Operate forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment. Assist with loading or unloading of trucks.Understand all Job Safety Hazards and comply with all department and plant safe practices.Attend all required safety and GMP training.Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PMSkills:Read, write and understand written and verbal instructions in the English language. Must have good basic math skills, including decimals.Able to work in a manufacturing environment without the luxury of air conditioning or able to withstand extreme cold conditions (cooler and tank farm).Able to perform medium intensity with moderate frequency physical activity, to include lifting up to 60 lbs.
