The Professional Division of Spherion Mid Ohio is partnered with an Ashland, Ohio manufacturer seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to join their team!
The Supervisor will work Sunday-Thursday, 11pm-7am. Salary offered is up to $60K.

The role of the Production Supervisor is to:
Monitor all shop floor activities
Improve production and quality standards
Reduce scrap rate by identifying issues and hitting scrap reduction plans
Address personnel needs
Supervise up to 30 employees
You must be effective with:
Multi-tasking
Team Building and Development
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Monitoring activities related to manufacturing
Gathering data and creating reports to improve the performance
Assist with managing manufacturing staff with carrying out production
Troubleshooting and inspection
