Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
--Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
--Understand clients' insurance needs and provide expert advice and solutions.
--Collaborate with clients to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
--Ensure prompt resolution of client inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Leadership and People Skills:
--Provide leadership and guidance to a team of insurance agents.
--Motivate and inspire team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
--Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, productivity, and professional development.
Excellent Time Management:
--Effectively prioritize and manage multiple client accounts and tasks simultaneously.
--Meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery of client services, renewals, and policy updates.
--Optimize your own and your team's time to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Great Networking Abilities:
--Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to expand your professional network.
--Build relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and referral sources to generate new business opportunities.
--Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Performance Analysis and Action Plans:
--Analyze client performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to optimize results.
--Utilize data and metrics to track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs).
--Provide regular reports and presentations to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Training Agents:
--Train and mentor new and existing insurance agents to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
--Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure agents are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
--Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and company policies, and train agents accordingly.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
1-3 years agency experience
4/40 Insurance Property and Causality License
1 year commercial sales or service
