Spherion is looking for an experienced Account Manager who will be responsible for building relationships with businesses to consult and find solutions that are best suited to meet the customer's technology needs. This position will work closely with the internal team to help you be successful as you build and maintain new and existing customer relationships. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Salary: $65k-80k+ (Base salary plus commission)
Responsibilities:
-Maintain existing client relationships
-Generate leads for new clients
-Meet or exceed sales goals
-Negotiate contracts and sales with clients
-Determine pricing schedules for quotes, sales and negotiating profitable solutions.
-Document sales activities
-Present solutions to clients
-Understand and promote company policies and procedures
-Prepare quotes, sales contracts and necessary paperwork to present to clients and process sales
-Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs and promote our products and services
-Maintain client records
-Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability
-Some travel may be required

Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years??? experience in outside sales and/or technology related skills
-Previous experience may also include selling computing devices, cell phones, or other digital products, even if that experience was in a retail environment .
-Must understand the sales process and dynamics.
-Must have a commitment to outstanding customer service.
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
-Excellent relational skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both clients and vendors.
-Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
-Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook
-Ability to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
