Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Managing daily accounting tasks, such as preparing invoices, reconciling accounts and processing payments - Maintain financial records and filing systems - Process accounts payable and receivable - Prepare and submit financial reports to management - Reconcile bank statements - Assist with the preparation of budgets - Assist with the preparation of and balancing financial statements - Perform data entry tasks and making journal entries - Direct and manage front and back of restaurant/house staff to ensure compliance and actions - Improve systems and procedure and initiate corrective actions - Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements - Audit financial transactions and documents - Ensure timely bank payments - Handle payroll, payroll deposits, and quarterly payroll - Balance loans and revise prices and provide recommendations - Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles - Prepare payroll, multi-state and federal taxes for three states - Maintain office supplies and equipment

- Minimum of an Associate's degree - Supervisory experience
- 2 years of Accounting work experience - Demonstrated understanding of basic accounting principles - Experience with office administration for their multiple locations throughout 3 states - Proven attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills - Excellent organization skills are essential - Experience with general ledger functions - Quickbooks online experience (minimum of 1 year) - Must work well independently and trustworthy - Self-motivator and takes initiative - Exceptional work ethic and reliable
