As an Accounting Admin, you would be responsible for performing day to day AP functions in the accounting department. Review check disbursements for accuracy
Review vendor statements and request missing invoices
Review and clear PO receiving reports

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Prior accounting or comparable office experience
Proven history of data entry skills and experience in Excel
Proficient in use of computers and common office equipment
Knowledge in Microsoft office and windows based applications
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work independently as well as part of a team
Must have a professional telephone manner with the ability to maintain composure and remain pleasant under high pressure situations
