The Accounting Assistant provides clerical support to the accounting department by working with large amounts of numerical data, verifying consistency and accuracy of accounting documents, and meeting department deadlines. This position works in an office environment, production area, and warehouse. The Accounting Assistant may need to walk through the production and warehouse areas where there is noise and dust, as well as equipment being operated.

Responsibilities:

Builds invoices for clients and makes entries or adjustments to accounts.
Works closely with Client Services department to ensure accuracy of client?s invoices.
Performs weekly stamp audits.
Processes postage reconciliations.
Travel to the post office to buy and pick up stamp boxes.
Demonstrates proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
