The Accounting Associate will assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records, ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles, and perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the accounting department. Responsibilities:
-Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets
-Assist with coding and entering AP invoices
-Reconcile AP statements
-Handle communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person
-Process AR deposits
-Assist with problems, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies
-Price Book production
-Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
-Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, etc.

-Bachelor's degree in related field with work experience
-Preferred experience of 0-2 years in an accounting role
-High Proficiency in excel is a must
-Familiarity with accounting principles

-Must be comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
-Strong problem-solving skills
-Excellent organizational skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
