This individual would be responsible for managing the accounts receivable as well as payroll for five various business in Bryan- College Station. All five businesses differentiate, though owned by the same employer. This is a casual, open office work environment that allows you to work proficiently, while accomplishing tasks independently! Responsibilities:
Collect payments from various clients/ customers.
Record financial transactions.
Provide necessary support to clients throughout billing/ collections process.
Collect and verify timesheets of employees at each job site.
Enter employee information and payroll data into the system.
Calculate payable hours, taxes, and deductions.
Occasional greeting of customers.
Answering various phone calls and assisting customers.
Other daily administrative functions as assigned.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 AM
Skills:
Experience utilizing WolfePak accounting software is a plus.
Experience managing payroll for multiple job sites is preferred, though not required.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
2- 3 years experience working as accounting clerk or win accounts receivable.
2 years experience working in payroll processing.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, WolfePak, or any other transferrable accounting software.
