Responsibilities:
- Prepare and enter files with the correct coding into SAP
- Download, print and track all invoice information from multiple sources
- Reconcile accounts by identifying errors or missing information and making corrections
- Work with vendors on invoice or payment questions
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent, preference for accounting or finance related education
- 1+ years of experience working in Accounts Payable
- Experience in SAP preferred
