Accounts payables
Assist controller with multiple payroll systems
Payroll for minimum of 100 employees
Reconciling of bank accounts
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting
Experience with multiple payroll systems
Previous experience as an Accounting Clerk or 1-2 years of experience handling or assisting with Accounts Payable
Strong organizational skills; must be very detail oriented
Proficiency in MS Excel
Extremely detail oriented
High sense of urgency and multi-tasking
Will need to complete assessments prior to interview, including Excel, payroll, payables, receivables and data entry, to see level of understanding
