Responsibilities:
-Invoice Processing: Receive, review, and process invoices for goods and services, ensuring accuracy in terms of quantity, pricing, and approvals.
-Payment Processing: Prepare and process electronic transfers, checks, and other forms of payment to vendors, contractors, and service providers on time.
-Expense Reports: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and proper documentation.
-Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable transactions and vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise.
-Maintain Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all payments, transactions, and vendor information.
-Communication: Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve payment issues, discrepancies, or disputes.
-Compliance: Ensure all payments are made in compliance with financial policies, regulatory requirements, and tax obligations.
-Month-End Closing: Assist with month-end closing tasks, including accruals, account reconciliations, and reporting.
-Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors by addressing any payment concerns and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding invoices.
-Internal Audits: Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and reports as required.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Associate

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-Education: A high school diploma is required; an associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
-Experience: Previous experience in accounts payable, finance, or accounting roles is highly preferred.
-Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
