Analyze debit balances on customer accounts for legitimacy.
Collect on over-deductions taken by customers and make collection calls when necessary.
Enter credit memos onto customer accounts which will be attached to the debit balances.
Analyze and maintain various customer rebate accounts and program monies to calculate appropriate accruals.
Be responsible for your own book of accounts, including monitoring late paying customers, along with cross training giving you the ability to step in when needed.
Preparation of customer gross to net deduction analysis as compared to company contract pricing with explanations.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Experience working in the Foodservice industry is strongly preferred.
NAV experience a plus.
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
Strong organizational & communication skills, attention to detail.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially strong excel skills.
Five or more years of overall accounts receivable experience.
2-3 yrs. Experience in ERP, SAP or Data Entry.
