Responsibilities:
-Invoice Generation: Create and send accurate invoices to customers for goods and services rendered.
-Payment Tracking: Monitor incoming payments and ensure they are applied to the correct accounts in a timely manner.
-Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable balances with general ledger accounts, ensuring all discrepancies are addressed.
-Collections: Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments, send reminders, and negotiate payment plans when necessary.
-Customer Account Management: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, payment status, and account balances.
-Dispute Resolution: Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve any billing disputes or issues that may arise.
-Reporting: Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, including aging reports and outstanding balances, for management review.
-Process Improvement: Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline and improve billing and collection processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
-Compliance: Ensure all billing and collection activities are in compliance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Associate

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate?s or bachelor?s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
-Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related finance role.
-Technical Skills: Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
