Accounts Receivables and Payroll Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Account Receivable:

Set up and maintain multiple assets in the accounting system, create and submit monthly grant and contract billings. Generate and distributes billing reports while doing daily entries and reconciliation to ensure accounts receivable balances aligns with accounting software balances. Upload data and reports to cash receipts into accounting software. Create and upload imports of important documents into an accounting system and perform corrections when necessary.
Payroll:
Complete monthly payroll of contractors and prepare and issue paychecks and direct deposits. Maintains contractors in payroll system as well as upload payroll journals into accounting software. Ensure uploaded payroll totals are correct and match up to the payroll system while keeping up with quarterly and annual payroll tax statements.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
*Prefer experience with ERP accounting systems, such as Sage Intacct
*Prefer one year of experience performing grant billings
*Higher education level or certification in accounts receivables preferred
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
*High School Diploma
*Three years performing accounts receivables
*Two years performing payroll
*Three years experience with Excel, possessing advanced skill level and ability to create and perform functions/formulas and pivot tables
