Invoicing: Generate and distribute invoices promptly, following up on outstanding payments as needed.
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, providing clear and helpful responses to ensure a positive customer experience.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records in Excel, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date information for accounts receivable.
Reporting: Assist with generating reports to track outstanding payments and account statuses, providing insights to the finance team.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or similar platforms.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel (formulas, data entry, and reporting).
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
