Associate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support roles.Prior experience in dispatching or logistics coordination, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry.Experience working in a glass company or similar trade is a plus.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Familiarity with dispatching software and CRM systems.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick and effective decisions.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Basic understanding of logistics and scheduling principles.Ability to sit for extended periods while performing office and dispatching duties.
