Spherion is hiring an Admin Clerk in Shelbyville, KY.
Shift is Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM
Pay is $22 - $24/HR depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Purchase non-inventory goods via Ariba or company credit card.
Submission of blanket PO?s.
Check in purchases and receive into Ariba.
...
Reconcile purchases in Ariba. Reconcile p-card and travel card purchases.
Maintain Excel spreadsheet for workbook accruals.
Month end closing.
Month end financial reports prepared for Plant Manager to sign off.
Review General ledger weekly for any corrections to be done for month end close.
Monitor all expenses for large unexpected costs or if going over budget. Reconcile weekly labor hours.
Weekly labor hours reporting to Plant Manager, Regional Area Manager and Human Resources.
Review APPO listing (inventory purchases where PO cost doesn?t match the invoices under paid or over paid).
Weekly inventory of Critical Non-inventory supplies (office, production supplies, maintenance supplies, etc.)
Review weekly PPE used report and alert Safety Coordinator/Production Supervisor with concern.
Review Bill of Lading?s (TMMK,TMMI, HTNA, Lansburg, etc.) against the daily closing report that everything shipped has been invoiced correctly.
Review receiving paperwork for errors and address with the correct person.
Matching invoices to receivers on Inventory goods.
Daily safety observations.
Work with suppliers on any payment issues.
Rectify invoices on hold.
Receive mail and distribute to correct individuals.
Gather or create miscellaneous reports for requested information.
Generate and disperse weekly Maintenance PM?s to the Maintenance Manager.
Create work orders for Maintenance (red tags, breakdowns, misc. work, etc.)
Close out all completed PM?s and work orders in CWORKS.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Maintain Excel spreadsheet for tool changes/chest changes.
Log daily water boiler testing in Weas database.
Work with Maintenance Manager on monthly KPI reports/presentation. Additional resource/backup to Human Resources/Safety Coordinator.
