To provide accurate, detailed and timely support services within a busy corporate HR Dept.Responsibilities:-Interview Scheduling:-Heavy use of Outlook for scheduling and sending emails-Phone calls out to internal team members and some entry level external candidates-Tracking filled positions on Excel-Utilizing ATS to track candidate workflow-Onboarding Paperwork:-Once a candidate is hired, ensuring they receive pre-employment paperwork-Submitting screening results and paperwork to HRIS function-Internal Postings:-Creating physical job postings for internal bulletin boards-Submitting team member applications to leadership for promotional opportunitiesWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:-Prior support level work experience in an HR Dept. preferred, but not required -Knowledge and comfort with using a PC for work. -MS Excel and Outlook -Detailed and organized -Friendly, engaging and helpful personalityEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:-Proficient in Excel and Outlook-Computer savvy, able to learn an ATS system-Able to work and thrive in a fast paced environment-Recruiting experience a plus, but not required-Positive and upbeat personality, willing to learn and take on new challenges A wonderful company in N.
