Responsibilities:
Assist recruiting team with hiring and onboarding process including administrative tasks
Answer phones in a professional manner by assisting callers and directing calls as necessary
Assist applicants with application and onboarding process
Assess incoming applications and resumes
Screen potential applicants for available positions
Complete drug screening and background checks for potential employees
Facilitate onboarding activities and conduct orientations
Maintain applicant and employee records via electronic system
Build and develop positive relationships with Managers, Team Members, Employees, and Clients

Working hours: 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Skills:
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to maintain effectiveness during change

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Computer literacy - proficient on Microsoft Office Suite, Google Mail
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
