The Administrative Assistant is an outgoing, upbeat personality, who is happy to be a part of a team. This person will help build an organization that works with sponsors and donors to build charitable legacies in support of various programs and causes. This position has the potential to grow into other roles.
Daily Responsibilities Include:

- Answering phones and emails
- Scheduling zoom and MS Teams meetings
- Making travel arrangements
- Formatting documents (use of JotForm, Word, Word Press, E-Signature Adobe, Canva)
- Ordering office supplies
- Maintaining constant contact communications/database -mail mere
- Importing sponsor, donor, and program applications
- Reviewing mail, and dispersing to appropriate individuals (learn about the organization by reviewing incoming mail, and asking questions)
-Preparing outgoing mail - stuff envelopes and mail
-Review and enter donation requests
- CRM and database management
Other responsibilities as needed:
- Attending events and representing the organization, such as the monthly Chamber of Commerce and other networking events
- Using personal vehicle to pick up monthly team lunches, dropping off FedEx packages, etc.
