Responsibilities:
*Greet employees and visitors
*Answer and direct phone calls

*Alert Executive Assistant / Office Manager of visitors
*Assist Office Manager with document production and reduction
*Process floral orders in a timely manner
*Process benevolence requests
*Word processing as needed
*Proofread and edit documents
*Assist with spreadsheet updates
*Shipping and receiving mail/packages
*Maintain office supplies
*Update the church master calendar, upon request
*Timely completion of weekly printed programs
*Upon request and as needed, assist with work involving support of the Crisis Aid / Benelovence ministry.
*Perform other duties as needed
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

High School
