Our Spherion Melbourne office is seeking a part time Administrative Assistant to assist a busy legal firm. This position is 28 hours max a week, is temp to hire, and is paying $17/hr.

-Provide support to clients and staff in a courteous and professional manner via email, phone and in person.

-Efficiently navigate through database to obtain information while simultaneously documenting all communication and activity.
-Acting as liaison between client, reporter, and the law firm.
-Maintaining discretion while processing confidential information.
-Researching complaints, coordinating resolutions, and following up to ensure client satisfaction.
-Nurturing and developing client and reporter relationships.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Ability to multitask and handle various tasks assigned
-Self-motivated, detail-oriented and quality focused
-Able to exhibit high level of confidentiality
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of programs
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Must have a High School Diploma or GED
-Must be able to pass a multi state background and drug screen
-Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
-A minimum of 1 year of Admin experience is required
