Spherion has partnered with a local warehouse that is searching for an Administrative Assistant for their reception area. This is a temp to hire position that is Monday- Friday from 8AM-5PM.

Responsibilities:
Provide support to the office, answer and forward calls, greet visitors, process orders, handle all inquiries, receiving mail, attention to detail

Interact with customers, managers, vendors and employees. Answer and forward multi-line telephone system, greet visitors, process orders (oracle) handle inquiries.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Prior experience with Oracle and Exacta WCS (not required)
Desire for training and growth opportunities
Customer Service experience
Experience with multi-line phones
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel
Ability to multi-task
Experience with incoming and outgoing phone interaction with customers
