Responsibilities:
Receive Scopes and generate timely and accurate estimates.
Coordinate with Field Managers/Supervisors for estimates.
Send estimates to appropriate property personnel for approval.
Follow up with properties through the approval process.
Process with back of house Administrator regarding invoices from Sub-Contractors.
Generate Purchase Orders (POs).
Generate Work Orders in a timely manner.
Generate Invoices in a timely manner.
Folder Jobs (Specialty jobs)- material preparation and sub-contractor preparation and specialty material ordering and processing.
Maintain daily schedules of jobs.
Answer phones and support visitor needs.
Prepare communications to include, memos, e-mails, invoices, reports, estimates, follow up responses both written and verbal and other correspondence as needed.
Process necessary information through Quick books, job runner and builder trend.
Prepare and edit documents to include; letters, reports, instructional documents and others.
Assist team in developing SOPs.
Prepare contract agreements for sub-contractors and customers.
Ensure existing customers are receiving the service in which they need and are satisfied with RCS.
Assist other RCS departments to ensure their needs are met regarding, sales, problem solving and scheduling when needed.
Any and all other miscellaneous tasks necessary to accomplish above job description, as defined by management team.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Quickbooks.
Good time management skills.
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
Able to adhere to company policy
